Shri Hariram Singh joined CRPF on 25/08/1975 as a Dy SP and since then in his service tenure of 36 years of illustrious service he has served in all the theaters of conflict including deputation to the elite NSG for 6 years. He took over the reins of the Academy from Shri J S Gill on 20/06/2011 and since then has been working tirelessly to convert this Academy into a world class institution and the first step has already been taken in the direction with the running of the United nations FPU Train the Trainer course in the Academy which has been applauded by one and all.
